First, this hotel is way over priced!! It should not be more than $50 per night, even in the busiest season!! The reception was good, although they ask for every sort of id and information. Ridiculous!! Even the wifi is like trying to break code! The rooms are old, drab and carpet stained. In fact it should be a health safety matter to have these old dirty deteriorating carpets in a public place!! This hotel is very old and even being on the waterfront offers zero appeal because there is a very busy road between the hotel and beach! All night you can hear trucks and motorcycles and traffic on this road... a terrible noisy night and I will never return. Even had to put up with the snoring guest in the next room because there's no insulation between the walls! The only redeeming quality was the desk staff. Unfortunately kitchen staff doesn't speak English and I could not order room service. For an advertised upscale tourist hotel, there should be at least one person in the kitchen who speaks English. And by the way, even though they list a sauna as an amenity, it does not exist! Stay away.... there are better options.

We had a one-bedroom suite that was quite spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is a sink, stove, and refrigerator in a closet, but adequate for our needs. The hotel appears to be older, but well maintained. Overall, the staff was excellent. The restaurant had a superb view and good food.
