Quiero manifestar mi descontento respecto a una situación observada durante mi visita a la sucursal en horario de apertura. Al momento de realizar una compra, había una sola caja operativa y una fila considerable de clientes esperando atención. Lo que más llamó mi atención fue el trato que la supervisora de cajas, Nicol Pizarro, tuvo hacia el cajero José Gómez. Mientras el cajero solicitaba apoyo relacionado con una gestión en caja, la supervisora le respondió en voz alta y delante de clientes y compañeros, señalando que era "muy lento" y que debía apurarse para sacar la fila. Esta situación generó un ambiente incómodo para quienes estábamos presentes y evidenció el nerviosismo del trabajador. Considero que la responsabilidad por la falta de personal o la demora en la atención no debería recaer públicamente sobre un colaborador que se encontraba atendiendo solo una alta demanda de clientes. Por el contrario, en situaciones de estrés y sobrecarga laboral, se espera que quienes ejercen cargos de supervisión entreguen apoyo, liderazgo y contención al equipo.
