Buen Apart Hotel, equipado, excelente ubicación, dejan te y café, limpio y cómodo, lo malo es que la puerta del estacionamiento se mantuvo abierta toda la noche y al llegar había un olor espantoso a pescado o algo parecido, quizás de algún otro apartamento, por la noche y la mañana ya había desaparecido el olor. El resto recomendable 100%

La tranquilidad del lugar es buena, pero la experiencia se vio empañada por la falta de mantenimiento. Es inaceptable recibir una habitación con presencia de hongos, filtraciones de agua y un olor muy desagradable proveniente de la cocina (similar a descomposición). Deberían revisar las habitaciones rigurosamente antes de entregarlas. Por otro lado, aunque el sistema de acceso autónomo mediante la app es moderno, no compensa la falta de control sanitario. Además, como sugerencia, las condiciones extra de estadía deberían informarse antes de realizar el pago y no después. No volveremos, pero dejamos este comentario para que mejoren su gestión.

This in not an apartment, it a small room with minor kitchen appliances. Did not have space for 2 bags and 2 backpacks. The lift did not work and the owner didn't advise despite communication 24hrs prior regarding access codes. No reception available and limited communication, once payment was provided in advance communication basically ceased, making arrival unnecessarily stressful. I did not feel safe at all as the doors are electronic with out any human control. Too expensive for what it is and the owner needs to understand this is a 24/7, 365 day business, not a hobby to enjoy at your leisure.

Our room was a studio. Clean. Well maintained. Everything worked as expected. We’ve been traveling South America for two months. This was a very restful and nice stop along the way. Recommend. We stayed 5 days. We also stayed with them in Temuco. Same good experience.
