Nice hotel with big rooms. Restaurant also good.

Outdated property. Very poor service and unfriendly staff. No one helped with bags or anything. Rooms are worn out and AC doesn’t work. They told us they couldn’t serve us food anymore even though we got to the restaurant before closing time.

a so-called four-star hotel. the service at the counter is very bad. no proper welcome. very customer unfriendly. we arrived a little early for check-in. that was not possible, or we had to pay extra. because the desk clerks were so grumpy, we left for Ibis, a few blocks away where we could check in and where we were kindly received. management, board; do something about your customer unfriendliness and customer focus. let your staff radiate that you are treated and received as a guest. I don't have that experience right now. I would like to explain how it should be done
