Bar Cinzano is sadly not what it used to be. This was once a classic Valparaíso place with history, character, and a unique atmosphere worth experiencing. My recent visit at night was very disappointing. The people running the night show were very aggressive and rude, which made the place feel hostile instead of welcoming. Because of that, I would advise visitors to be careful, especially if going at night. It is sad to see such an important and traditional place decline under the current administration. I hope management takes this seriously, because Cinzano deserves much better.

If you're in Valparaíso and looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a great drink, Bar Cerveza is a must-visit! This charming bar has a fantastic selection of craft cocktails and wines, both local and international, and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always eager to recommend something new. The ambiance is laid-back and welcoming, with a mix of locals and travelers enjoying the lively yet relaxed atmosphere. By lively, i mean lively. We were there on a friday afternoon when a performer came on stage, started singing before busting into tap dancing. Not just on the stage, and the floor, but on the bar and benches as well. Whether you're a connoisseur or just looking to unwind, grab a sangria, and enjoy. Bar Cerveza delivers an exceptional experience. Highly recommended!
