We tried a few Pisco Sours in Chile, and this was by far our favourite! Got up-sold to the Cathedral, and was so glad. Will never look back to a standard size sour ever again, the Cathedral is where it's at. The bartender was very friendly and did an awesome job with our drinks. Would highly recommend.
