Somos una cervecería independiente, que nace desde la experiencia de nuestros abuelos, padres y vecinos quienes producto de su trabajo en la industria local y nacional dieron vida al @barriocervecero de Concepción, somos parte de la gran família cervecera; desde sus inicios en el año 1874 con la cervecería Keller hasta su cierre a manos de la Compañía Cervecerías Unidas en 1999. Es desde aquí, desde nuestro histórico barrio que volvemos a prender las calderas, a retomar los cocimientos y fermentar nuestra cerveza; Somos los nuevos maestros cerveceros reconstruyendo y poniendo en valor nuestra identidad, saberes y tradición cervecera.
