Ambientación aceptable. La atención muy lenta. Lo único que llega rápido es el cobro. Los platos en sabor y cantidad están bien, pero no son algo fuera de lo normal. Solo cumplen.

Lamentablemente, fue muy mala la experiencia en la Bentoteca Esmeralda, fuimos pensando en que sería muy bueno, considerando que deben ser especialistas en la gastronomía marina, pero la comida y el servicio son pésimos, ni siquiera las empanadas eran buenas considerando precio y calidad; una empanada de loco vale $4.500 y ni sabor a loco tenía, lo mismo con las de mariscos, hasta la fritura era mala. Precios elevados para la calidad de la comida, además de la demora y desorganización del personal. Espero que hagan algo, ya que le quita mucho valor a la experiencia de ir a pasear a la costanera de Talcahuano.

Terribly overpriced for very average food. Worst pisco sour I have ever had in Chile. Service was friendly, the view is nice but the food and drink leave a lot to be desired.
