La Srta encargada de cobrar en la caja no atiende de buena manera, le incomoda que los clientes se demoren en seleccionar varios productos para la compra. Debería capacitarse en relaciones humanas, tolerancia a la frustración y atención al cliente. Recuerden que una opinión negativa se multiplica 5 veces más rápido que una positiva. A esa botilleria no la recomendaría ni volvería a comprar a pesar de la buena ubicación y variedad de productos, en conclusión es importante brindar una buena experiencia en la compra para fidelizar a los clientes. 17/05 a las 18:30 hrs aprox.

Por lo que vi tienen una gran variedad de productos, pero viendo otras reseñas note que comentan que cuentan con cervezas expiradas, asi que revise una gulden draak y note que ya estaba expirada. No quise decir nada, ni menos avisarle a la cajera que por lo que note se vee muy antipatica.asi que me fui.

Tienen una gran variedad pero muchos productos estaban vencidos, ademas se lo hicimos saber al encargado y la cajera de la manera mas educada posible y ni se arrugaron, ademas nos dan una excusa de lo mas barata y de manera grosera y mal educada.

Fui al paso porque ví que tenían mucha variedad de cervezas, pero resulta que tenían varias vencidas e incluso con hongos. Le di aviso a la cajera y la tipa fue super antipática y mal educada. No lo recomiendo, y si pasan fíjense en la fecha de caducidad de los productos.

Pésimo servicio que entrega cajera y persona que atiende, no es solo desagradable, también grosera, local tiene variedad en productos, seria bueno que tuviese mínimo modales para atender publico.
