Una decepción absoluta. Llegamos el viernes a las 9:00 AM (su hora de abrir). La puerta ya estaba abierta, pero como vimos que se estaban organizando, esperamos afuera de forma súper respetuosa por 10 minutos. Cuando entramos a preguntar amablemente a qué hora abrían, la recepcionista nos cortó antes de que abriéramos la boca; literal nos despachó haciéndonos señas con la mano de que nos fuéramos y diciendo que no con la cabeza. Una falta de respeto y de profesionalismo tremenda. De "Café Cariño" solo tienen el cartel en la puerta, porque el trato al cliente es pésimo.

Very kind and welcoming service — the barista was genuinely friendly, which I really appreciated. That said, the coffee itself was disappointing. I ordered a cortado, but received what was closer to a small, lukewarm latte, with much more milk than expected and not enough intensity. The temperature and balance were off, and I didn’t end up finishing it, which is unusual for me. This may be a difference in interpretation or a language barrier, but for those looking for a classic cortado or specialty-style coffee, expectations may not align. Wishing them well — great attitude, but the coffee needs improvement.

Fui con mi prima y su guagua y fueron lo máximo, gran atención además de hacernos saber que hay un mudador en el segundo piso. Super espacioso que nos permitió tener el coche y no sentir que estaba en el camino de nadie. El café, kuchen de nuez y brownie nutella espectaculares además. 100% recomendado, un espacio para juntarte con amigos o familia, el staff muy muy cariñoso, dándole aún más sentido al nombre del café! Gracias chicos 💫💜
