La vendedora lo único que quería era vender y no le importó que yo no podía recibir el producto el día sábado , para concretar la venta y dejarme tranquila dijo que lo llevarían el día viernes, esto no lo hicieron, estuve esperando todo el día y nunca llegaron. Muy irresponsables su personal

La gran diferencia entre la Casa Franco y el resto de las ferreterías de Curicó es la atención. Si en una cualquiera tienes que buscar que alguien te atienda, acá es todo lo contrario; cada persona detrás del mostrador está 100% comprometida con ayudar y resolver tus dudas. Mucha empatía. Se nota que llevan muchos años haciendo las cosas bien.

Compré en casa franco,la atención de vendedor excelente, ejecutivo don Nicolás excelente, gerente de tienda,doña Pilar, excelente... recepcionista en estacionamiento,PESIMO, persona que cargó mi vehículo, PÉSIMO,son el punto de entrada y salida lo que marca diferencias pero la actitud de las otras personas encargadas en responder por quien no merece,un siete,motivo por el cual a pesar de...califico con 5 estrellas

Buen día, hoy fui con una lista de compras a CASA FRANCO. PESIMA ATENCIÓN. Lis señores ahusan con la gente de campo o con mujeres que no tenemos claro un producto. Muy poca empatia, pésima voluntad y como digo , la gente de campo no es bien atendido , me recordó la atención antigua de los consultorios. Por supuesto nos fuimos a CORONA DE ARAGON.
