This was the best food we had in Santiago, and neither of us are vegan. Bwautifum relaxed atmosphere and lovely staff, and god the food was good!

We had an incredible meal at Casa Sanz and are already planning our next visit. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and we really appreciated that the tables weren't crowded together, making it easy to relax and enjoy the evening. Our servers were also fantastic—very attentive and just a pleasure to talk to. Every dish we tried was delicious and the portions were spot on, including the Soul in Spring, Green Paradise, Corn Cutlet, and Carrot Cake. While it reminded us of a vegan spot we frequent back home, Casa Sanz was honestly so much more enjoyable.

My husband and I loved visiting Casa Sanz from our nearby hotel. After a long couple of flights and feeling rough, the vegan food tasted amazing, made us feel so much less sluggish and also looked beautiful. As non vegans, it was one of our favourite meals during our time spent touring Chile! The cocktails, music and staff were also amazing. Thank you

I was in Santiago for a business trip and decided to go to a different place far from my hotel. I found this one and it was a great decision. The place is really amazing - so instagrameable and very aesthetic - service, drinks and food were really good and that night they had a live band there playing very good music 🎶 I found out it is a hotel also, so next time, I will check this out .

Truly fantastic vegan restaurant! The food is wonderful, and the ambience is great. It was so good I went twice. My favorites were all the sushi rolls, the vegan calamari, and the ravioli. The only ho-hum part is the desserts. They’re pretty but not the best I’ve had. The hojarasca dessert is the best of the bunch, but I’d recommend sticking with the main courses.
