Hoy miércoles 15 de julio del 2026 a las 12.20 app, acabo de llamar al centro audiológico para solicitar hora con algún otorrino, quedé sorprendida ya que el caballero que me contestó me dijo textual... No hay hora y no tenemos ningún otorrino, llame a red salud. Aparte de su tono muy poco amable fue muy cortante su respuesta.

Destaco la atención del doctor Carlos Alcayaga; muy amable y respetuoso con la paciente (adulto mayor). Brindó explicaciones sencillas para una buena comprensión y soluciones adecuadas. La srta. Dafne, a cargo de la atención al cliente es atenta y respetuosa. Manifiesto mi descontento hacia el trato de la tecnólogo médico Génesis García, quien en un examen se mostró frustada y con un tono agresivo hacia la paciente, por no poder hacer bien el ejecicio. Es importante diferenciar un tono elevado para que el paciente escuche, a un tono violento. Lamento no haber expresado mi postura en el recinto, pero espero este mensaje sea constructivo para cuidar el respeto hacia todos los pacientes en todo momento.
