Me hice una ecografía de 22-24 semanas con la Doctora Cecilia Díaz, oficina 404 y sobre su atención nada que decir, fue muy amable y me explico súper bien todo pero PORFAVOR CAMBIEN LAS CAMILLAS DE ATENCIÓN estube super incómoda toda la eco porque es literal una tabla con funda de cuero sobre todo esa eco es super larga (50 minutos aprox) y para una embarazada estar ahí acostada 50 minutos es imposible!! Solo por la doctora lo recomiendo pero porfavor cambien esas camillas 🫠🫠

Las recepcionistas del primer piso muy amables pero la secretaria del centro médico donde atiende la dra Carmen Guerrero es pésima, quería pedir una hora (porque para variar no contestan) y se lo pasó hablando por teléfono de sus temas personales todo el rato, nunca cortó o pausó su llamada para atenderme como corresponde. Cuando vio que yo no me iba, me mostró una agenda con un papel y me dijo que llamara desde la próxima semana a los números que estaban escritos allí. No llamaré y no volveré.

Pésima atención de la secretaria, no contestan llamadas ni el WhatsApp, cuando se va agendar hora pregunta que si solo está cotizando o si de verdad se quieren hacer el examen. Una falta de respeto. Quien va a querer volver con esa atención.

Doctor Óscar Aguilera 4to piso, hay que llevar con 2 horas de anticipación para QUE RESPETEN LA HORA QUE SACASTE. las secretarias dando como respuesta es que yo no puedo hacer nada, pero todos los días asignan horas que NO respetan. Llegué a las 5 de la tarde porque mi hora era alas 5:20, son las 6:47 de la tarde y aún no me atienden. PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, CERO RESPETO AL TIEMPO DE LOS PACIENTES

Asistí a una hora con el dermatólogo Naranjo después de más de una hora de espera llegó la secretaria , le pregunté cuánto rato más debía esperar y me dice hora y media más , solo espere un rato más y me dice nuevamente que debo esperar , aparte de lo que ya había estado, hora y media más , parecía una broma , en total es toda la tarde para visitar al médico . Nunca lo había visto en ninguna consulta esperar 3 horas por supuesto me retire y busque otro médico que los hay y buenos . Muy mala experiencia
