Nos atendió la urologa Carolina Carmona. Atendió a mi padre 73 años con toda la paciencia para atender a una persona mayor. Podíamos entrar con mi madre. Quedamos a la espera de exámenes, pero ya con medicamento.

No pierdan su tiempo cancelan las horas como si nada! Muy mala experiencia agende aquí hora con Ricardo rojas por una urgencia! Y me cancelan la hora en la tarde del día anterior cuando ya había pedido permiso en mi trabajo para ser atendida! más encima la secretaria me dice ven mañana como si uno no trabajara y tuviera cosas que hacer!

No pagué por la ecografía porque fui derivada desde el CESFAM para control de rutina. Me atendieron muy bien. Las personas en recepción fueron muy amables. La médico que realizó el examen quedó con algunas dudas y pidió repetir una mamografía, de inmediato, lo cual hicieron enseguida, no tuve que volver otro día y luego me pidió que enviara fotos de mis anteriores mamografías que tenía en casa, enviándolas por Whatsapp a una TENS, lo cual hice al día siguiente, Todo para asegurar un buen diagnóstico y evaluación. Queda ubicado muy cerca de Av. Pedro Montt, llegué en transporte público fácilmente así que, en resumen, fue una muy buena experiencia.
