La tens Winet del centro médico municipal de Iquique, muy mala atención con los pacientes, hoy llgue a las 8.25 porque tenia cita las 8.45 y me dicen no llego la dra. Y nadie llama a los pacientes, es la segunda vez que vengo y pasa algo, la otra vez no habia luz y tampoco avisaron, sino pido que me atienda otro doc, me reagendan como si uno en wl trabajo puede entrar y salir sin deacuento por las hras que sale, luego llega el jefe y cero aporte, solo sabe decir situacion fortuita, no hay tiempo no se puede todo es no, como si uno viniera gratis atenderse, a todo tabajador nos hacen descuento del 7%, es mi derecho la atención y sobretodo el buen trato, tener más empatia, personas jóvenes tens o cualquier funcionario de salud debe tenerlo presente, somos personas y merecemos respeto.

La secretarias/os no tienen interés por los clientes que buscan una hora para descartar problemas cardíacos, cortando la llamada inmediatamente
