Inmejorable experiencia con este Centro Médico, especial mención merece la Unidad de Pabellón (procedimientos) con la doctora Roxana Camargo y enfermera Gloria, dónde atendieron a mi hermano (muy delicado de salud), y lo hicieron con gran profesionalismo, excelencia y calidez, lo cual en estas circunstancias se agradece muchísimo. Todo el mundo ha de hacer el trabajo que asume, pero qué gran diferencia hace cuando lo realizan con verdadera vocación. Y gracias también Claudia, por apoyarnos en la comunicación permanente y expedita con el Centro, esto ha sido vital para nosotros.

PONGAN ATENCIÓN EN EL CONTRATO. ESTE SE RENUEVA AUTOMÁTICAMENTE. ES DECIR SI PAGAS ANUAL NO TE AVISAN NI POR MENSAJE QUE EL CONTRATO HA SIDO RENOVADO Y LUEGO CUANDO QUIERES PAGAR OTRA VEZ TE HACEN PAGAR LOS MESES QUE SUPUESTAMENTE DEBES! YO HICE UN PAGO ANUAL QUE SE ME VENCIO EN OCTUBRE Y AHORA ESTE AÑO QUISE DE NUEVO PAGAR Y RESULTA QUE DEBO DESDE OCTUBRE HASTA FEBRERO!

Tal como dicen los otros pacientes, jamás contestan el teléfono y es como si estuvieran haciendo un favor. No lo recomiendo.

Pésima atención, las “recepcionistas” no sirven para nada, solo hacen un trabajo de cajeras. No resuelven consultas, no manejan una base de datos con los números de orden para la atención con los médicos, no informan al momento de pedir la hora con los médicos que éstos solo reciben pago con efectivo, además de que se enojan si le preguntan en qué número de atención van. Citan a una hora y te atienden después de 2 horas, ni en la atención pública te tienen en espera 2 horas para ser atendido, simplemente una indecencia de centro medico.

Acudí por una empresa ya que me solicitaban exámenes preocupacionales, todos los exámenes me los hicieron super rápidos, pero mi sorpresa vino luego, ya que al final el doctor debía verme para dar el visto bueno... la cosa es que se demoró 2 horas en atenderme!! por tal motivo perdí me desilusioné totalmente de la atención.
