Las secretarias atienden muy mal, me mandaron a comprar un bono de evaluación y atencion sin dar ninguna informacion de nada. Osea hay que comprar los bonos para que te anoten y solo eso no saben nada ni explican nada. Pésima experiencia.

Me atendí hace un mes aproximadamente con la Dr. Pilar Neira, Otorrino. Llevaba 2 años sin poder respirar bien por mi rinitis alérgica descompensada. Hoy ya realizó mis tareas de forma normal gracias a su tratamiento, e incluso puedo descansar bien. Recomendadisima. Gracias.

Horrible atención, la secretaria del oftalmólogo una prepotente, no tienen para pagar con redcompra y condicionan la atención a efectivo o transferencia y cuando una persona es Fonasa dice que el sistema se encuentra bloqueado sólo para recibir el pago del total de la consulta ($60.000). Por otro lado el Dr. sin ningún respeto por sus pacientes, no llega a atender a la hora, además se demora en promedio 30 minutos por paciente y las citas las agendan cada 15 minutos lo que genera un retraso considerable en la espera. Nuca más vuelvo a ese centro médico.

Una ordinaria la recepcionista del ginecólogo, en todo caso no se puede esperar mucho si el médico tampoco es profesional. Que lastima, ya que eso daña la imagen del centro en general lastima lo ordinaria de la srta de recepción ginecológica. Corto el teléfono apenas pedí una opción de pago que no fuera transferencia. Me acerco al lugar y el teléfono sonó 20 minutos y ella sin contestar después se jacta con su compañera de pediatría que ellas tienen el control cuando le digo dama conteste, pero es tan ordinaria que jamás entendera una pena.

Pésima la recepción del ginecólogo. Llegó y cortan el teléfono mientras conversan entre ellas, la srta es demaciado rota no entrega su nombre y se jacta ya que ella maneja la agenda y puede hacer lo que quiera pésima atención era una urgencia, osea está claro que educación no tiene una pena, ya que en el centro médico puritama hay buenos profesionales pero por gente como está quedan mal.
