Atención muy cálida y diligente, muy buena disposición al servicio, médicos especialistas, amplio espacio de espera y máquina de café de muy buena calidad, un gran centro médico en Villa Alemana.

Muy bien centro médico, atención de calidad y rápida de las recepcionistas. Baños limpios. Profesionales que atienden a la hora y en un espacio grato.

Excelente atención por parte del personal de recepción y del profesional que realizó la consulta. Sin embargo, considero importante señalar que no se respetó el horario de atención agendado, debiendo esperar más de 45 minutos para ser atendido respecto de la hora programada. Sería recomendable mejorar la puntualidad en la atención para brindar una mejor experiencia a los pacientes.

Quiero felicitar al gran personal que conforma este centro de salud principalmente a las srtas.Tens Elizabeth y Catalina en sala de exámenes por su buena atención y calidad humana q tuvieron hacia mi hijo, fueron muy atentas, muy agradecida de su buena atención, al igual q las niñas de recepción.

Muy mala experiencia con este centro médico. He tenido tres situaciones negativas consecutivas. Primero, una atención con la Dra. Ingrid Ojeda en la que no se me explicó el diagnóstico y solo se me indicaron medicamentos sin mayor información. Además, la espera para la consulta fue excesivamente larga, a pesar de haber agendado con anticipación. Luego, me cancelaron una hora médica con aviso de último momento y tuve que reagendar por mi cuenta, ya que nadie del centro gestionó la nueva cita. Finalmente, en otra ocasión volvió a ocurrir lo mismo: me informaron a última hora que el médico no atendería en el horario agendado. Esto refleja una falta de profesionalismo tanto en la atención médica como en la gestión administrativa. No lo recomiendo.
