Los servicios médicos y los exámenes son buenos, cumplen lo que ofrecen. La atención, por otro lado, es paupérrima. Llevo 10 años trayendo a mi mamá ya que le gusta este centro pero ella no es quien lidia con los perros que atienden detrás del mesón, que tratan mal al público si andan de mal ánimo o no les gusta un detalle de algo que preguntas. Para qué hablar de los exagerados tiempos de espera

Pésima atención, más de 2 horas de espera y una atención totalmente irrespetuosa con el paciente mi madre fue al otorrino, sin secretaria después de las 6 de la tarde, un profesional supuestamente, con cero capacidad de trato, mal oliente y grosero. No recomiendo este Centro.

Casi 2 horas de espera para que atendiera el doctor, considerando que se agenda hora precisamente para evitar este tipo de retrasos. Esta situación se repitió en las 3 ocasiones en que asistí. Por lo mismo, decidí cambiarme de centro y de doctor (gastro), ya que, al estar atrasado, intentó atenderme de forma rápida, indicándome que buscara información en la web.

Segunda cita. Aqui.. Considero una falta de respeto al paciente que te hagan esperar más de una hora y media para una atención de medicina general, ya segunda vez.. pensé que hoy sería diferente... en mi segunda cita.... No. Además tienen una máquina de agua filtrada... En la cual tienes que pedirle el vaso a la secretaria.. muy Anti higiénico, pésimo... El baño bajo llave, tienes que pedir la llave a la secretaria...., además el papel higiénico en el pasillo lo sacas (lo q necesitás).... "Feo..", no ponen toallas de papel en el baño, te toca secarte las manos con la ropa... Jjjj.. El servicio peor que el sistema público.... La atención del Doctor, buena muy explícita, con exámenes, me dejo las dudas aclaradas.. Espero que haya Sido sólo mi experiencia... Suerte....

se demoran casi 1 hora en que te atienda el otorrino, tenia hora para las 11:30 y ya son las 12:20 y aún no me llaman como es posible que sea tan lenta la atención, no les importa dar un buen servicio al parecer, les recomiendo si tienen tiempo para hacer espera como un consultorio mejor no vengan
