Necesitaba un dentista urgente, por lo cual tomé hora con este centro. Llamé el mismo día dos horas antes de la cita para confirmar y me dijeron que si ningún problema. Estaba a una cuadra del centro falataban 15 minutos para la cita y la cancelan. Fui personalmente a mencionar que era muy poco profesional cancelar con tan poco de anticipación y me dejaban con la emergencia que tenia sin poder ser atendida a lo cual no recibí ninguna respuesta. Muy poco profesionales. Nada emoaticos con sus clientes. Me fui mucha frustración ya que si no era atendida luego podría perder una pieza dental. Espero no vuelvan hacer eso a ningún otro paciente.
