Llevo 3 dias llamando a la linea 800 para solicitar de hora de morbilidad, para un adulto mayor, y todos estos dias a pesar de llamar a las 07:30 hrs, ya no hay disponibilidad de horas, como es posible que llamando a primera hora, te informen que ya no hay horas para ese dia, y ademas no te permitan agendar para otro dia. El sistema no es amigable, para el adulto mayor, para ellos deberia haber mas opciones de contacto, no todos se desenvuelven bien frente a los aparatos digitales, teniendo que depender siempre de otros para cubrir sus requerimientos.
