A very nice place with that familiar vibe, you know it's a classic place in Iquique. We had avocado toast with coffee and it was just perfect! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The sea view is wonderful and it's located in a beautiful neighborhood, right across from the promenade. A must!

This place really goes for a classic Italian cafe vibe, a goal largely achieved thanks to a lovely terrace overlooking the sea, many large photos of iconic Italian places hanging from the walls of a cozy interior and a menu where most sandwiches have names of both famous and lesser known Italian cities and towns. Unfortunately the sandwiches are not very "Italian" neither in their filling nor for the type of bread used and they are just ok. The cappuccino is not very traditional, either, but in this case it is a good thing because it comes covered in a mountain of delicious chantilly cream, which is a delight (and justifies the rather high price). The coffee in it is not bad, just a bit bland. The sweets and desserts are another definite hits: they are really tasty and come in huge portions. Service is friendly and kind. Overall, this is a nice place where to relax in front of the Ocean.

The staff were very friendly to me and took time to understand my very broken Spanish. I ordered a hot cappuccino and although it wasnt exactly what I had in mind for what a cappuccino is, the drink was hot and DELICIOUS. They allowed me to customize the strength of the coffee too, which I appreciate.

I like the sandwich here! The Chilean classics churrascos, cakes are not good, we tried profiteroles and we're honestly a bit disgusting, super sweet and the sugar was not even well combined with the chocolate...

It may have the best pastries, but the service was awful, we had to make line and was given a number to wait in order, because of the pandemic and it's understandable, yet they still let people pass through skipping it. Even though we made a claim, nothing happened. Later when a table was assigned to us, after we sat, they made us stand and wait again because "That" table could not allow 4 people max 3. (Again a group of 3 skipped over line and took the table). Again, we were assigned a table for 4, and after we ordered, we had to change our picks because they ran out of options. Eventually in the table of 3 which we were removed from received 3 more making them a total of 6. There is no respect or reason towards the public who want to enjoy, and no respect to the precautions made to avoid the pandemic. This left a very bad taste. The food could not be enjoyed. I can only say that it was the worst possible service ever.
