El tiempo de espera en. Los ingresos para exámenes o atenciones es muuuuuyyy lento las ejecutivas llenan papeles y timbtan uno y otro papel.. 5 minutos por ingreso.... Deben mejorar su sistema de ingreso más fluido y eficaz

No volvería a atenderme en la Clínica Alemana con el urólogo Diego Gavilán. La consulta duró aproximadamente 5 minutos, lo que considero totalmente insuficiente para evaluar adecuadamente mi situación de salud. Además, pagué atención particular y no recibí la orientación ni el tiempo esperados considerando el costo. Según mi experiencia, no lo recomiendo.

Pésima atención call center atienden de manera irrespetuosa y poco empática indicando que están ocupados que tratarán de atender que uno como usuario debe esperar

Cada vez que solicito atención tengo que esperar mucho la última vez 1 hora de retraso, tan lenta la atención como en el hospital con la diferencia que acá pagas mucho más
