Unfortunately for us, we had to spend 3.5 days of our vacation here. Luckily, the doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, and nutritionists were all fantastic and very helpful, even if we had somewhat of a language barrier. Good treatment, kind people, and the doctor we consulted here upon follow-up said he would have prescribed the same antibiotics.

Its a joke. They refer you to their whatsapp idiot robot which wants a RUT, Chilean tax number. I am Australian and only have a passport. I have been going round in circles with this damnable system for half an hour. I am really sick snd this is a joke

Loss of time and money. They lack specialists. Misleading diagnosis and unnecessary procedures that only made us suffer. We went to the public hospital then and for a fraction of the time and the money spent on that clinic we got full solution of our kid's health problem. If you want details of our experience just contact me, but stay away from there, go to the public hospital instead where they do have specialists that know what to do and don't make you tons of unnecessary exams. And wrong diagnosis, to add.

As a extranjero/tourist I was a bit nervous when I read these reviews, as I broke my collarbone when falling off a bike in Valle de la Luna I didn't have much choice and chose to come here for my xray and treatment. The waiting times were OK, a bit slow but nothing crazy. Prices for the consultation with the doctor (around 31000clp) seemed reasonable and it was roughly the same again for the Xray. Service was great in general but a little Spanish helps! The initial doctor that saw to me was a little over dramatic talking about Surgery which made me really concerned, his diagnosis seemed to be wrong because we got a appointment with the Traumatologist the next day which was great, made everything clear and nothing to worry about other than having to wear a sling for a while. Hospital was clean, easy to get to and centrally located. Very helpful and kind overall.
