Excelente experiencia, destacó la rápida gestión de hora frente a una urgencia, el seguimiento a la hora agendada , destacó a la doctora Begoña Larrachea que me atendió con mucho profesionalismo y dando mucha seguridad para el proceso, se tomo todo el tiempo necesario para el procedimiento informando en todo momento de las siguientes etapas . 1000 % recomendado ..

Encuentro excelente que existan urgencias odontológicas porque estas pueden ocurrir en cualquier minuto del día y tomar una hora para el día siguiente con otro odontólogo puede resultar en problemas mayores, etc. Soy de región, hoy en mi ciudad tuve que ponerme una resina en una cúspide que estaba desgastada, un desgaste leve que yo misma vi y analicé, por lo que tomé la decisión de atenderme con un profesional que no solo me cubrió la cúspide con resina si no que el surco principal del molar también. Llegué a Santiago después de intentar tomar contacto con el profesional para arreglar mi problema y no hubo caso, siendo las 19:50 de la noche estaba desesperada buscando una urgencia odontológica para poder bajar el nivel de la resina y quitarla del surco dentario. Llamé 2 veces a Apodent y no me contestaron, escribí por whatsapp mi problema y cuestionaron la acción de urgencia odontológica y me mandaron a atenderme con el mismo profesional de vuelta a la ciudad en otra región por un tema de “contexto”. Comprendo que esto deba ser un protocolo para no hacer las cosas mal (supongo), sin embargo mi ficha clínica me la sé completa y el famoso “contexto” también, y a pesar de esto me dej

Me gustó mucho la atención. Me dieron hora súper rápido. La dentista que me atendió fue clara al explicar el procedimiento y presupuesto, y muy detallista y cuidadosa al realizarlo. Me gustó mucho.
