Buenas tardes, quiero dejar un reclamo, resulta que el 28 de febrero del presente año, a mi hija le toco control de ortodoncia, asistimos; luego cuando termino la atención la secretaria me pregunta si deseo reservar la hora para el siguiente control, el cual yo le digo que claro, ella me indica si me parecía bien el 28 de marzo a las 3pm, yo le digo que si, que no hay problema, resulta que hoy 28 de marzo llamo a la consulta y me dicen que no hay ninguna cita agendada, entonces yo le indico que yo la agende el mes pasado, no había registro de la cita, la secretaria no lo agendo. Entonces me hacen reservar una nueva hora, porque como no estaba en el registro no podian atender a mi hija, igual se entiende que la doctora viene con tiempo corto y se organiza con sus pacientes, pero si por parte administrativa no hay apoyo, ella poco puede hacer. Mi molestia es que me tomo tiempo, corriendo todo el dia, pidiendo permiso, organizándome y al final no poder ser atendida por la irresponsabilidad por parte de la secretaria?? Que mal, de verdad.
