Pésima atención. Consulté si contaban con especialistas para tratar un problema en específico, a lo cual se me indica el nombre de una persona específica con la que agendé una hora para evaluación, tuve que pagar antes de ser atendida y en la evaluación me dicen que no tienen profesionales para el problema que yo busco. Informo la situación a la clínica y lo único que me dicen es “te recomendamos a un profesional”, claramente es un dato que podría haber buscado en internet y estuve menos de 5 minutos en la consulta del odontólogo sin ningún diagnóstico y aún así se me realizó el cobro.

Agradecer el excelente trato hacia los pacientes. Mi hijo acaba de terminar hoy su tratamiento de ortodoncia con la Doctora Sofia Bedoya una gran profesional. Recomiendo 100% Clinica Portales.
