Excelente experiencia en la clínica dental. Desde que llegué me atendieron con mucha amabilidad y paciencia. El equipo es muy profesional, explican todo con claridad y me hicieron sentir súper tranquila durante el procedimiento. Las instalaciones son limpias y se nota la preocupación por el bienestar del paciente. Totalmente recomendable, volvería sin dudarlo.

Durante una de las sesiones constaté prácticas graves de incumplimiento de normas básicas de bioseguridad, tales como la manipulación de teléfonos móviles y otros objetos externos utilizando los mismos guantes empleados en el procedimiento clínico. Incluso, se salió del box y se reingresó sin realizar el recambio de guantes. Esta conducta constituye un riesgo evidente de contaminación cruzada y demuestra una falta de apego a protocolos mínimos de higiene exigibles en atención odontológica. A lo largo de la sesión se evidenciaron constantes dificultades para acceder a materiales, producto del mal estado del mobiliario, lo que interrumpió el procedimiento en varias ocasiones. Esto da cuenta de una deficiente organización y mantención del espacio clínico. Al finalizar la sesión, no se entregaron indicaciones ni recomendaciones posteriores, lo que constituye una falta grave en el proceso de atención. Considero que las condiciones observadas no cumplen con los estándares mínimos de calidad, seguridad e higiene que deben garantizarse en una atención de salud.
