Mi hijo tenía radiografía a las 10:00 de la mañana llegamos 09:40, la técnico llegó a las 10:26 que fue la la hora que llamaron a mi hijo, habían indicaciones donde yo siempre estoy dispuesta a ayudar, me acerco para tratar de explicarle a mi hijo como tenía que estar porque era un aparato que tenía que ir entre sus oídos y ella me dijo yo estoy dando las indicaciones y obligadamente tengo que retroceder. Encontré muy mala forma de atender ni idea como se llama la técnico, pero primero espere que me pidiera las disculpas por llegar atrasada. Pero no las recibí, aparte de la mala onda para dar indicaciones, mi hijo tiene 7 años siempre trato de explicarle yo para que entienda. Lamentablemente es el único lugar donde el Hospital Regional Coyhaique tiene para hacer radiografías. No tengo nada que decir de las secretarias. Pero el reclamo va para la técnico

Trabajo mal hecho. Me cementaron una pieza vieja y me hicieron un arreglo. Me cobraron 90 mil pesos. A los 2 meses la pieza se empieza a despegar. Llamo para consultar por la garantía y no se querían hacer cargo, la empresa por el mal trabajo de su profesional, me decían que eran todos independientes al establecimiento (una vergüenza). Luego según la odontóloga mi arreglo tenia garantía de un mes, o sea me querían cobrar de nuevo por hacer el cementado, mal hecho. ESTAFADORES.

Wir waren heute hier mit akuten Zahnschmerzen und haben direkt einen Notfalltermin bekommen. Der Zahnarzt war extrem freundlich, hat sich viel Zeit genommen und uns sehr geholfen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Einrichtung herzlichst weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal an das Team für die Hilfe!
