Hoy he venido a tomarme un examen de sangre a la clínica la portada en el mall paseo la portada. Llegué a las 7.50 hrs.y son las 9.38 horas. La razón de debe a que existe un solo funcionario atendiendo. Hace todo.bvaloriza la orden médica. Recibe el pago y luego pasa al laboratorio y hace el examen. Una pena. Dónde está la gerencia de esta clínica. Dónde está la seremi de salud.

Estuve hospitalizada, desde el día miércoles 24 hasta el jueves en la noche, en maternidad. Y todas las chicas, matronas, tens, las que te llevan la comida (no habían enfermeras en maternidad en mi caso). Absolutamente todas tienen el mejor trato que uno se pueda imaginar. Sin duda hicieron mi primera cirugía un recuerdo muy grato. Ojalá se mantengan así para siempre, muchas gracias. La comida estaba muy rica además. Me he atendido en urgencias también, y esa área deja bastante que desear. Pero hospitalización en maternidad un 100/10 .

Quiero agradecer la atención de la Srta. no recuerdo su nombre, es rubia y atiende en el módulo 2 de admisión, ingrese a cirugía de discopatia el 24.02.26 y ella muy amable me recibió y amablemente me acompaño al tercer piso, reunió todos los papeles y armo carpeta, la felicito de verdad por el trato y cercanía con el Paciente, ojalá puedan ser el resto de las chicas igual con la atención. Igual mi agradecimiento al personal de cirugía que trabaja en el tercer nivel.
