Deficiente atención al cliente. Se realizó el cobro extra de rx el cuál realmente no fue tomado, al sugerir que solución a ello la respuesta es que no pueden hacer nada más que escribir mi reclamo en un libro y agendar la toma de una nueva rx. Aparentemente no tienen un encargado con el que hablar ni la intención de no repetir sus errores.
