I know the owner for the past 11yrs. All my pets have been taken care by this Clinic, they are prompt and i get the most honest advice which every dog owner expects from their Doctors... No beating around the bush, they treat my pets in the best possible way and give me the advice even what i might not want to hear.

They don't take appointments. It's first come first serve. The vet did a great job. You could tell he knew what he was doing. The paperwork, however, was a bit slow.

We took our two dogs and basically got ripped off. Disappointment was when it became clear they were just trying to talk us into doing some tests that are "just i case". It seams like a lack of professionalism. I understand that their location in Vitacura is expensive, but for the money we left there they could at least print out the receipt specifying services we paid for as we spent more time at the reception than with a vet.

Don't ever use their peluqueria services! We took our long haired kitty for a bath/brush the other day and when we came back to pick her up she smelled like a bottle of cheap cologne. There was one spot on her back that smelled really strong. Later we found out that spraying perfume/cologne after bathing/brushing your pet is part of their practice, though the peluquero will negate it if you ask. We learned that many other customers have been complaining about this. Never again are we coming back to this clinic and do not advice you to do the same!
