Pésimo servicio para los tutores de los animales, tardan en contestar los mensajes, ignoran y dan información errónea sobre sus plazos para entregar resultados de exámenes. Deciden mandar un informe mal escrito de un examen y sin detalles días después de la muerte de mi gata, enfocándose solamente en el cobro del examen y hospital que no es barato, y ni hablar de la demora en horario de visitas. No lo recomiendo para nada, mejor irse a otra clínica donde tengan ética y vocación.

No conocía este centro; llegamos en un mal momento para nosotros, pero tuvieron un corazón enorme, mucha empatía, nos permitieron acompañar a nuestro bb hasta el ultimo instante. La Dra Loyola (Vet y Nefróloga) tremendamente cordial e intuitiva con la atencion y seguimiento. Agradecemos como familia haber hecho todo lo posible con nuestro 🐾Kanye🪽 significativamente diferente al centro anterior (CIM) que agonizó a nuestro bb, y tuvieron 0 empatía y cordialidad. Aclarar que la Dra Tamara (excelente), Elizabeth Jefa Hospitalización, muy clara y simpática; y la Técnico Jacksie (amorosa). Pero he comprobado lamentablemente con una urgencia que CIM es uno de los peores lugares de Antofagasta donde pudimos llegar creyendo era la mejor opción de urgencia; solo buscan sacar provecho y dinero a costa de innumerables perdidas de 🐾 en los últimos 8 meses, basta leer los comentarios de ese lugar. Lamento haber confiado; ni si quiera entregan epicrisis luego de cirugía u hospitalización. Piensen muy bien en Antofagasta antes de atender a sus bbs.

Me atiendo con la Dra Kotte Loyola. La sigo desde otra veterinaria del lado norte. Se nota que ha invertido mucho en estudiar. Manejo cat friendly y su calidad humana son excepcionales. Mis 5 gatos ni se enteran cuando le hace examenes de sangre y siempre te educa respecto a las alternativas diagnosticas.
