La doctora Macarena Olate es muy buena profesional, pero su secretaria... deja mucho que desear, siempre responde de mala manera, piensa que uno tiene que saber todo y su voz es como si le desagradara atender a la gente por teléfono. Esto no es de ahora solamente, me he atendido con la doctora desde el 2020 y la secretaria siempre se a comportado de la misma manera. He recomendado gente con la doctora porque es muy buena profesional valga la redundancia, pero la secretaria nunca deja tomar hora a los pacientes nuevos, o les dice que llamen otro día, para que al otro día te diga lo mismo. Ojala puedan cambiarla, quizás puede hacer su pega bien ahí presencialmente, imprimir y esas cosas, pero atender a publico, no, La verdad no dan ganas de no atenderse mas con la doctora, es lamentable ir por algo importante y que te atienda alguien así tanto pro teléfono como en persona.

Quiere expresar mi sincero agradecimiento a la terapeuta ocupacional Ximena Porras. Atendió a lo hijo hace un año y su intervención dió frutos profundos en la optimización de su tiempo, ordenando sus horarios del colegio y los que usa en su vida personal. Hoy en segundo medio ya, se nota su mano.

En particular mi señora se realizó su mamografía y ecotomagrafía mamaria en Imagen Plus en la oficina 101 del edificio. Atención rápida pero hay que reservar hora anticipadamente. Se puede pagar con bonos o particular para después bonificar. Se cumplen todos los protocolos COVID19. La Tens y el médico especialista atienden muy bien a los pacientes.
