Es excesivo que un certificado de dominio vigente en el Conservador de Coquimbo demore cerca de una semana, considerando que en otros conservadores, como La Serena, muchas veces se entrega el mismo día. Para trámites, contratos y compraventas, estos plazos generan problemas innecesarios. Sería importante modernizar y agilizar los procesos, porque una semana de espera para este tipo de certificado parece difícil de justificar hoy en día.

La verdad pésima atención cobros excesivamente altos y hoy en día con toda la tecnología existente no tienen sentido pagar por un conservador que ni siquiera da seguridad que no puedan hacer estafas con las escrituras ( le pasó a mi familia )
