Horrible experiencia con el corretaje, arrendamos un dpto en Osorno obviamente pagando $420mil de garantía al momento de arrendar. Al momento de entregar las llaves (que no fueron a buscar a pesar de informar con los 30 días por correo) entregamos todo pagado y cuentas en $0, por irnos un mes antes por contrato la garantía no se devuelve, no objetamos porque sabemos lo que firmamos, sin embargo el corretaje nos exige pagar extra sin querer utilizar la garantía en arreglos menores (que para eso es una garantía según el mismo contrato y se quedan con el restante que son alrededor de $300mil). La actitud del corretaje es horrible, quien responde wsp es una persona sin educación con la que no se puede hablar, no escucha ni comprende lo que se le explica, cuando se presentaron problemas durante el arriendo nunca respondían o respondían de mala manera. Sigo sin comprender como un corretaje va a obligar a una trabajadora a pagar cuando la labor de un corretaje es de administración. Tengan cuidado al arrendar con ellos, el personal que tienen es bien picante para conversar, no es posible que una empresa seria tenga personas trabajando así, si tiene discrepancia con algo no es motivo de es
