About Domani Pizzeria Napolitana & Bar - Barrio Manuel Montt

Pizzeria Domani nace el año 2008 como la primera pizzería de pizza napolitana en Chile. Todo partió con en un viaje fascinante por las principales ciudades especializadas en este vigoroso arte que ha colonizado el mundo: la pizza. Por supuesto, partimos en Italia y viajamos por sus diversas regiones, pero fue en Nápoles, en efecto, donde la pasión por este exquisito alimento nos conquistó. Ahí fue donde nos perfeccionamos y certificamos en la elaboración de la pizza napolitana, en la más antigua escuela de pizzeros de la ciudad. Desde entonces, se acrecentó nuestra lúdica obsesión por seguir descubriendo y aprendiendo de este antiguo arte: la técnica de hacer una pizza deliciosa, medida y al mismo tiempo desbordante de pasión y sabores.

This was an amazing pizza! The restaurant was quaint, the staff friendly, the chili honey pepperoni pizza so yummy. We also ordered bread sticks with Smokey provolone & basil was soooo good. We had a bottle of wine so our cost was a bit more.

I was visiting Santiago for a week and was keen to try this place based on its high score reviews. I ordered the traditional Margherita which was tasty but could have done with another 30 seconds in the oven to get a more bit more char on the base and crust. The quality of ingredients is high but I would describe the pizza as good, but not great (due to cooking time). I would come again but would probably order something different next time.

Not a huge pizza fan but this was very tasty. Great service and nice atmosphere too. £4 negronis welcome too.

Delicious and authentic Neapolitan style pizza, with a thin base and fresh ingredients. There’s also a nice terrace upstairs where you can sit outside. The best pizza I’ve had so far during my 3 months in South America. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the pizzas so much that we went back again. If you are looking for a proper Neapolitan style pizza, and not the typical crispy crust and base, then this is the place for you!
