Este rinconcito en el centro de valdivia es una pastelería especialmente pensada para personas que no puede comer gluten o azúcar. Todo es muy detallado y delicioso. Quizás a algunas preparaciones le falta un poquiito más de dulce para algunos gustos! Pero es una parada infaltable 🙌🏼🫶🏼

Probé los sándwiches de arroz, y son riquísimos!!! De los mejores sanguchitos que he probado veganos y sin gluten!! Ricos con ingredientes frescos, y muy contundentes. Si andan buscando opciones veganas en Valdivia lo recomiendo 100%

De paso en Valdivia, encontré este rinconcito donde venden un pan sin gluten buenísimo, hecho de harina de arroz. A diferencia de otros, este pancito está liviano, esponjoso y delicioso, incluso con pura mantequilla. Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados.
