Excellent and authentic award-winning empanadas in Viña. Despite other reviews, the empanadas were fresh and delicious. The pina was particularly good! Also, if someone says these empanadas are “tasteless,” they simply do not know what they are talking about.

These empanadas are really big, very filling, but not that great. They feel like they've been sitting for a while. The chicken inside was very dry. The pino filling was good but the bread was pretty dull. They didn't really stand out except for the generous portion size. Two of them fill you up very easily. Vegetarian empanadas are offered here which is a perk. Outdoor seating is your only option, but you can sit on the patio or the sidewalk tables. Credit card is accepted.

We tried about 7 different empanadas. The pastry is very good but the filling is not great. The best was the one with mushrooms and chicken. The owner is very nice.
