Master was friendly but the service is terrific. I did hair removal and I left the place almost with the same amount of hair that I had plus irritation, blood and broken hair. Master obviously doesn’t know how to make depilation. It was so painful and i paid for nothing in the end. Reviews are fake here. Def don’t go if you’re a foreigner.

Fui por una urgencia. Si bien trataron de ayudarme, me sentí bastante incómodo porque al placer no entendían porque estaba ahí. En fin, agradezco a quien me atendió pero fue una mala experiencia en la recepción. No volvería a ir.

En general, tuve una buena experiencia. Los valores son super accesibles, llegué a la hora acordada y me hicieron esperar un par de minutos antes de atenderme. La calificación de 4⭐ es porque sentí que faltó un poquito de limpieza en donde se depila y por lo que describo a continuación: Mi sugerencia para la dueña y trabajadoras: Eviten recibir vendedores externos mientras hay personas esperando, porque se ve "feo". Se supone que los clientes son prioridad para ustedes y a veces uno va con tiempo justo para atenderse. Mientras yo esperaba, estaban mirando un catálogo de ropa. He ido sólo una vez por lo que mi comentario se debe solo a mi primera impresión y espero sea una crítica constructiva porque me gustaría volver de nuevo.

Un descubrimiento en positivo es este lugar dedicado a la belleza. Afortunadamente no está muy expuesto, pese a que está en el corazón de Santiago. El lugar es muy agradable, la atención del personal también y los precios son bastante equilibrados. Además tienen mucha paciencia con quienes agendamos horas con poca anticipación. Absolutamente recomendado.
