Excelente experiencia. La comida estuvo muy rica, las cervezas impecables y el ambiente muy agradable. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de Braulio y Benjamín, quienes fueron muy amables, atentos y preocupados de que no nos faltara nada durante toda la visita. Sin duda, un servicio que marca la diferencia. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Fuimos con un grupo de amigas a compartir, como lo hemos hecho muchas veces antes, pero lamentablemente esta vez la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Cuando nos sirvieron la comida, venía claramente QUEMADA. Al momento de informar la situación al garzón, su respuesta fue totalmente inapropiada: nos dijo, prácticamente, que si queríamos la comíamos o no, pero que de todas formas tendríamos que pagarla. Desde ese momento la atención empeoró aún más. Los tragos demoraban una eternidad en llegar, el servicio fue indiferente y sentimos que, por haber manifestado nuestra molestia, nos atendieron de mala gana durante toda la noche. Para terminar, al decidir no dejar propina debido al pésimo servicio recibido, el garzón reaccionó de muy mala forma y nos trató de manera grosera y poco profesional. Siempre hemos ido a este local porque nos gustaba y nunca habíamos vivido una situación así. Es una verdadera lástima que una noche que era para disfrutar terminara completamente arruinada por la mala atención y la falta de respeto hacia los clientes. Salimos con una enorme decepción y una muy mala impresión del lugar.

Nos atendieron un 7, osiel nos entregó la mejor experiencia y atencion en servicio, yo que vengo de santiago agradezco la atencion 1 a 1 con detalles. Pedi un ceviche que estuvo buenisimo y varios tipos de negronis donde realmente pude comprobar su ejecucion en barra y nada que decir, 10/10 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
