Pésimo. Te ofrecen lo más caro aún cuando le preguntas por otras opciones. Una de las mujeres que atiende dice que sí tienen una marca, la otra que no. Asi que, o no saben lo que tienen o te venden lo que se les ocurre, que fué mi caso. Vaya a la farmacia de al lado que es más económica y atienden mejor.

Pesima experiencia, atención lenta, 5 personas en el lugar y estaban atendiendiendo solo 2 cuando estaba llenisimo, además no me quisieron vender un medicamento aun mostrando una receta vigente de menos de un mes. Perdi casi una hora esperando Dato pasen a la Farmacia Farmavid (cerca del Chuck chesse) excelente servicio y tienen de todo.

Pésimo servicio en la farmacia que está en puertas del mar, la cajera me mintió diciendo que no tiene el medicamento que necesitaba porque quería puro irse, el supervisor fue peor. Deje reclamo escrito ojalá lo revisen y tomen acciones, no es la primera vez que la atención es mala.

Sábado 7 sept, 16.37 hrs. Ha pasado más de 1 hora llamando a las sucursales de La Serena, ninguna atiende. Necesito Insulina y nadie atiende en todas las sucursales de la ciudad. Increíble!!

Falso qie ateindan hasta las 22 hrs son las 29 hrs y esta cerrado, no son farmacias, solo son perfumerías
