Hoy 24 de Enero 2021, fui a farmacia, a la cual voy con vastante frecuencia por cercanía a realizar cambio de artículo comprado 2 días antes. Dueña del local me indica de pésima manera que ella no realiza cambios de productos en el local pese a llevar boleta y producto en las mismas condiciones en las que fue comprado (sellado y en perfecto estado su empaque). Al insistir en cambio esta supuesta señora me deja hablando solo y se mete al baño del local y no salió más de allí. Según ley del consumidor uno tiene 30 días para efectuar un cambio con boleta, situación que no se respeta en esta farmacia. FARMACIA FÁRMAX DE SAN PEDRO DE LA PAZ, HUERTOS FAMILIARES, AL LADO DE UNIMARC. Atención Pésima y Dueña una ROTA MAL EDUCADA.
