Estimados con el finalidad de hacer una critica constructiva mi comentario es : 1- estacionamientos pésimos sin pavimentar lleno de baches. 2-sala venta un desastre personal que atiende de muy mala educación no da respuestas claras.3- aquí quiero hacer un alto para que muy claro bodeguero un mal educado no tiene protocolo de atención al cliente, se nota falta de ética, carisma ya que a su personal lo trata de la misma forma esta persona no explica si no que grita a los clientes y se da por enterado que lo que hace esta correcto ya que yo como cliente ignoraba su protocolo y no tendría porque saber ya que en la sala de ventas no tienen transparentado el protocolo de la tienda. Precios casi no tiene ahorro aparte del mal rato vivido. mi opinión no volvería a comprar en ese lugar jamas

Me tienen esperando un pedido que se cancelo el jueves. Me dicen que vienen en camino y no ha llegado nada. La vendedora aseguró que llegaría antes delas 13 horas hoy sabada. Y aún espero sin tener con quien comunicarme. Pésimo Pésimo servicio.

Hoy fui comprar fierro galbanizado.la srta .que atendió de equivoco.me hizo perder tiempo cambiando la factura. Anteriormente habían como 6 vendedores con experiencia. Ahora solo reconoci al dueño y a la sra de la factura. El celular todo el rato chateaban y atendían a los clientes falta de respeto...

Rápida atención. Aun con fila. Se recomienda llevar anotado lo que va a buscar, así no le hace perder tiempo a los que esperamos ni hacer esperar a vendedor.
