Realice un acuerdo con ellos para que mostraran mi pripiedad. Finalmente ellos la arrendaron, sin embargo los arrendatarios me pidieron a mi y a fuenzalida hacer un retracto del contrato por que su vehiculo era mas grande que el estacionamiento. Yo accedi sin problemas, me parecía entendible porque de verdad su vehiculo era muy grande. Para mi sorpresa FUENZALIDA DE FORMA UNILATERAL ME DIJO QUE NO MOSTRARÍA MAS MI PROPIEDAD Y QUE CANCELABA EL CONTRATO CON ELLOS. Ellos solo buscan ganarse el dinero facil. Asi que pienselo bien antes de poner en arriendo o vender su propiedad acá, suma el dato que con ellos yo compre el departamento, por lo que te dejan botado si no es negocio para ellos.

Les doy una estrella porque cero no se puede poner. Tenemos una propiedad en arriendo bajo su administración y es penosa la gestión que realizan. Si no estamos nosotros cada mes en contacto con ellos e insistiendo, ni siquiera se enteran de si el inquilino ha pagado o no... pésima gestión
