We visited some time ago. It was very loud but we were served friendly. The cocktails are a bit sweet but my food was tasty. There was only one problem with my wife, she is vegan and told our waiter as well. He recommended her a salad that was prepared with cheese.

Gracielo in Santiago, Chile offers a charming interior and friendly service that instantly appeals. The ambiance is warm and nostalgic, adding a unique touch. However, the drinks selection could use an upgrade for diversity, and thus the price-quality ratio doesn't quite meet expectations. Despite these shortcomings, the overall experience is enjoyable but leaves room for improvement.

This place is wonderful, GREAT atmosphere, staff is super friendly, they gave us access to their Blue Room event though it wasn't open that day (we booked for it as the website gave us the option). Cocktails are delicious, it was a little shame that out of the 6 new, they only had 3, but they made up for it. Shrimps were delightful, the right amount of Sriracha mayo and textures were on point, totally recommend that dish. Music was also great and at a proper volume so you don't have to scream to communicate. 100% would come back to this place, absolutely recommended.

Great service, very good food and original dishes. The food in the picture seems and tastes like a dutch recipe called (bitterballen). Would be a 5-star review if the chairs at the 2nd floor weren't as bad as they were. Also the tables were too high for these chairs making it uncomfortable.

Fantastic attention. Great cocktails and very good food options. The place has a great decor, good terrace and very cozy vibes. Also, the music of the second floor was amazing, great Playlist. We selected the "surprise me" cocktail, and was a very fun way to drink some Variations in our case, Gin. Delicious. Hope to go back soon.
