Pésimo servicio mi perro llego atropellado por otra persona se comunicaron conmigo me quisieron cobrar 90 mil pesos aparte de lo que ya había pagado la persona que lo atropelló que fueron otros 90 mil y solo me dijeron que le diera antibióticos y pastillas para el dolor y mi perro aún no se recupera me dijeron que no tenia su patita quebrada y aún la tiene doblada y inflamada

llevé a mi gato a su clínica de urgencia debido a una obstrucción urinaria. Dado que no fue posible drenarlo, se decidió realizar un procedimiento quirúrgico, lamentablemente mi mascota no resistió la intervención y falleció. Acudimos a retirar su cuerpo y, en ese momento, nos informaron los detalles del fallecimiento. Posteriormente, procedimos a pagar la atención recibida. Quiero dejar constancia que mi molestia no está relacionada con la atención médica, que entiendo fue la correcta dada la gravedad del caso. Mi reclamo se centra exclusivamente en el proceso de cobro: únicamente nos indicaron un monto total sin proporcionar un detalle específico de los procedimientos realizados a mi mascota. Considero que, así como mantienen un registro clínico de sus pacientes, deberían ser igual de transparentes con los costos asociados a cada procedimiento. Esta falta de claridad resulta especialmente dolorosa en el contexto de una pérdida. No cuestiono el valor de los servicios, sino la ausencia de un desglose que permita entender en qué se incurrió.
