Excelente atención y una gran variedad de carnes y sándwiches, además de deliciosas tablas con papas caseras. Todo muy rico, incluidos los jugos naturales. El lugar cuenta con una mesa de pool y ofrece un ambiente acogedor. Además, tiene una hermosa vista hacia el humedal urbano, lo que lo convierte en un espacio perfecto para disfrutar de una buena comida en un entorno agradable.

Como vegetariano tuve dudas antes de venir, pero la verdad es que valió totalmente la pena. Humos Atacama tiene una identidad bien marcada, una vista privilegiada hacia el ribereño y un ambiente súper agradable. La atención fue impecable: rápida, amable y el mesero ofreció adaptarme un plato sin problemas, lo que se agradece siempre. En cuanto a la comida, quisiera destacar al chimichurri de cortesía que es FENOMENAL: fresco, intenso y sabroso… te deja con ganas de más. Aparte, las papas fritas son caseras y de excelente nivel. Creo que en general se nota un esfuerzo por ofrecer algo especial y eso no se ve todos los días en Vallenar. Recomiendo Humos Atacama 100%. Ojalá algún día la carta tenga una o dos opciones veggie, pero de todas formas, felicitaciones por su comienzo!
