Hice una compra hace dos semanas y la verdad es que la experiencia fue muy mala. Para empezar, la persona en el mesón de atención, llamada Marcela, estuvo más concentrada en su celular que en atender a los clientes. Compré 12 paneles de pared (wall panel) y pagué con tarjeta de débito. Luego me informaron que había un error y que en realidad no había stock, que llegarían en tres días. Al cuarto día volví a acercarme y hablé con Don Héctor Escalona, el jefe de logística, quien me aseguró que llegarían en dos días más y que debía esperar porque sí iban a llegar, lo cual nunca ocurrió. Hoy fui a cancelar la compra y pedí la devolución de mi dinero, pensando que no habría problema, pero me sorprendí al escuchar que, según los protocolos, debía esperar cinco días para que me hicieran la transferencia, cuando pagué con débito. Hablé con el gerente de la tienda, Don Marcelo Andaur, esperando que él pudiera solucionar el inconveniente... y nada. La verdad es que nadie asume los errores de esta tienda. No estoy pidiendo ningún favor, solo solicito que me devuelvan mi dinero. Escribo este comentario para hacer público el mal servicio de esta tienda, y también dejaré un reclamo en SERNAC. Pie

La experiencia con el servicio de dimensionado de esta empresa ha sido profundamente decepcionante. Entregan la melamina mal cortada, con medidas incorrectas y sin el cuidado mínimo que se espera de un proveedor que sabe que sus clientes dependen de esa precisión para cumplir con sus propios compromisos. Lo más frustrante no es solo el error, sino la falta de responsabilidad posterior: no se hacen cargo de los daños ni del tiempo perdido que esto provoca. Mientras ellos se desentienden, somos nosotros quienes debemos enfrentar retrasos, rehacer trabajos y dar explicaciones a nuestros propios clientes, poniendo en riesgo plazos de entrega y nuestra reputación profesional. Un servicio así no solo demuestra falta de control de calidad, sino también muy poco respeto por quienes confían en su trabajo.
